Delivery and returns

1.0 Delivery - what to expect

Standard delivery should take 2–4 working days from dispatch. We try to pack and process all orders within 1–2 working days after receipt. Please note this is an estimate only and we are only able to deliver as quickly as our couriers can work.

For standard delivery your order will be delivered by RoyalMail 48.

Please note we only ship to the UK.

If you have set up a safe place with Royal Mail, Royal Mail will deliver your item to the safe place. We will have no liability to customers who have selected a safe place where Royal Mail can show that the item has been delivered there as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their designated safe place is indeed secure.  

2.0 Standard UK delivery 

We charge a standard rate of £4.99 for all UK based delivery.

Please note we do only deliver to the following locations within the UK: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland

The service we use is fully trackable and delivery usually takes around 2–4 working days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll be notified via email as well as receiving an email from the carrier with your tracking details.

If you are not going to be in, please allocate a safe place or, if you have no safe place available the item will be returned to the depot and you can collect at your convenience. If the item is returned to us we will arrange redelivery but you will be charged for this.  Postage costs will be deducted from your order if the item is returned to us and refunded, even if you did not pay postage for the original delivery.

3.0 Damaged Delivery

We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason arrives damaged, please let us know straight away (latest within 7 days of arrival) so we can help you solve the problem.

On most occasions we offer to send out replacements for damaged items but do not offer a full refund. If you do not want a new item shipped we kindly ask for you to initiate a return instead or make another arrangement with us.

Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to hello@studiofloc.com. Remember to also state your order number in the email.

4.0 Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15 days refund upon receipt of the package, if you change your mind. 

The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.

Important: Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs are to be paid by you). If any items arrive back to us damaged, we reserve the right to refuse any returns.
